Housemate in Northampton needed

Looking for a housemate to join a house in Northampton. The house is located nearer to Avenue campus but is on the free bus route to both campuses (about 5-10 mins to get to either depending on traffic). The contract runs from the 6th July for 12 months. If you chose not to live in the room over summer, then the rent is halved until you move in.

The room is double room with a double bed and the house is situated down Cecil Road. The rent is £65 a week not including bills. There are currently 2 girls and 1 boy in the house.
