Joints keep cracking

Recently, I've been having some pain in my wrists- although specifically my right one. I thought it could just be strained from carrying heavy things, or it could be a tendon problem- as I had pain in my actual hand, and what I think is the tendon going horizontally next to my thumb is visible through my hand. (It looks like i have a slightly large worm trapped under my skin which did hurt to touch a few days ago)

Anyway, I've also noticed in the last few days that when I move normally, my joints keep cracking. Not just my wrists, but my hips; fingers; neck; ankles and knees. I've had joint problems before with my knees, but never anything general like this. Is it the kind of thing which will rectify itself, or is it indicative or a more broad problem?

I get a lot of cracking and clicking in my feet as i walk, i believe it's the cartilidge moving. Apparently the best way to alleviate it is to either take cod liver suppliments or eat more fish as the oils help lubricate your joints.
