Which Uni for video games design/art

Hello,
So I am looking into video games design/art and I have a hard time picking a uni.

I am interested in designing and not programming. I wouldn't mind a bit of programming but primarly it's design what I'm into.

I've been to open days to LCC /London college of communication and South bank, but I've got a feeling england can do better, because the video games weren't really that good.
Beside those two unies I looked into Hertfordshire, DMU, Middlesex and Brunel. I really like Brunel because of the joint honours.

There is something that keeps bothereing me, Hertfordshire has the best videos to show ( http://3dhit.co.uk/ ) , but I can't figure out why. Is it because they have more time or ..?
I would really appreciate if anyone could give me some info about these unies.
