Some general questions for Medical Physiology programme and Accommodations

So I just made Medical Physiology at Leicester my firm choice. I am coming from Bermuda but qualify as a Home/EU student since Bermuda is an overseas territory of the UK.

I have a few questions!

1) There's a possibility I won't return to Bermuda for the breaks in between each semester. Should I choose self-catering then?
2) It seems that the only difference between Premium and Premium + rooms is high speed internet. Is it worth paying extra for the internet? Or is the standard speed sufficient?
3) I noticed that there are 3 "terms" for the purpose of accommodations but 2 "semesters" when it comes to modules? I'm a bit confused. What's the difference?
3) Is anyone else on here already studying Medical Physiology or starting this fall? I'd love to hear how your experience has been, and meet my future classmates!
