You convert it to a problem in algebra then solve the problem using algebra. Let A = price of product A, B = price of product B, C = price of product C, then the first sentence would say:

A=2BA=2B

Can you carry on from there?

A = 2B

A = 2B - 4

4A = 2B ?

Then What?

Ok, what algebra have you done in the past?
Can you write equations for the different scenarios?
Can you get an equation in B and C only for example?

Is this homework?
If so you could ask your teacher for some basic work on equations.
Wordy question take a bit of practice and if the underlying skills are not there it's often hard to pull the maths out of the question.
You could try using numbers and trial and error but that is not really ideal long term.

Can you solve the following:

2x - 1 = 3x -6
