Do what ever ya feel ya able to for the amount of rep's ya doin...(12 + for endurance, 6-8 for size, under 5 for pure strength)

And in like 2 months ya will def notice a def, n maybe sooner...

depending on the amount of days you should work 2 muscle groups at one doing only 5-6 excercises for each group and about 8-10 reps. you should work on these muscles groups togeather:

Back and Biceps

Shoulders and Triceps

Chest and Abs

and try to get some cardio work out in as it helps you build when co ordinating it with body workouts.

and take plenty rest, youl notice change in weeks although a big change would take time an depends on the consistency of your timetable

Impossible to say, depends on a million things. It took me only a matter of months to notice good changes at first but now its alot harder to notice any change, and alot harder to come about I might add.

And don't do a muscle group solidly 2 days running as I found out after coming back from Thorpe Park having been on Stealth several times and subjecting my body to extreme g-force, to find my abs/stomach absolutely killing me. My abdomen was as hard as nails mind, although the pain far outweighed any gain lol.
