I would say Leeds! But then again maybe i'm biased because that's what i'm choosing. Look at how the courses compare, visit and see how you like each place etc etc.

I don't know anything about surrey or southhampton :frown:

This is the problem with subforums - i'm sure someone not interested in Leeds might know something about it.

surrey kicks arse! what course are you applying for?

engineering is particularly good.

its a bit more expensive then leeds, but thats the north south divide for you.

i shouldnt bother with southampton, i hear its a bit rubbish down there, but i may be wrong, never having been there my self.

Again depends on what you are wanting to study. Electronics at Southampton is second in the world to Harvard and a couple of years ago the Medical school was rated the best in the UK in a research survey.

But again Surrey is excellent for Science, engineering and IT.
