My son is a UK born citizen, who has lived 13 yrs in London and holds a UK Passport but after the divorce, he is studying his A LEVELS in India with me, also a UK Passport holder, His father still lives in UK.
Can his father apply for student finance for his son to continue his studies in universities in UK?
Is he eligible for student finance if he applies himself, if not what evidence is required?
