Can you help me answer this Hypothesis testing question ?

A debt agency is concerned about the anecdotal evidence that the level of debt people have on credit cards is increasing. They undertook a pilot study in which 22 households were interviewed. The study found that the average credit card debt was £931 with a sample standard deviation of £207. Previous national studies had found that the mean credit card debt was £875.

a)Is there evidence to suggest that the average credit card debt has increased? Use a 5% level of significance.
