Im not well. Please help

I came back from a hectic day in blackpool today. Went on every ride there including 6 times on the irn bru and twice on pepsi max. In the train home I was sick a few times and also when I got home. However Im feeling ok now but Im scared I might be ill again. Any advice guys on what to eat or do? Thanks ohhhhhhhhhhhh :frown:

Aww you poor love! (and lucky for getting to go on the rides when the rest of us are at home revising!) here's what i reckon:

Don't eat anything sickly: choccies, sweets, ice cream, curry, tangy cheese and probs best not drink too much milk today.

Don't go spinning around, or making urself dizzy, don't have any alcohol tonight either!

Have some water, but not too much so that you wanna chuck it up again, and if you're hungry have something light- sarnie (no mayo or yuck like that) or crisps or something healthy.

Hope you feel better, but if you feel ur gonna be sick again, its best (in my opinion) just to be sick. but no sweeties today!

It's just the adrenaline catching up to you. Quite normal if you've been flying around and excited for ages.

Im feeling tired and weak and I just hope I feel better tomorrow, so I can watch the first world cup game in peace.
