Just a little question I think would be interesting...

I have (unfortunately) seen two fellow male friends naked, but (fortunately) they were covering their bits and bobs.

That's it. Although i have seen a picture on facebook of someone I know where you can see up her skirt, and another person who was wearing just jeans and a bra. (I'm not a peado btw, they are my age!)

That's bare weird seen them bare foot, but that's about it.
I’m currently researching for a series of articles on modesty, hygiene and nudity and seeking people’s views on various aspects such as modern design of sport and leisure facilities, preventing nude showers without being arrested. Are people choosing to go home before showering? At team sports clubs, is this leading to a reduction in team spirit? Is group nudity and naturism a thing of the past and are we entering a new era of modesty? Is this a false modesty as the number of people willing to strip of for fundraising calendars continues to rise and the number of those offering nude services such as decorators are increasing?
I welcome the thoughts of sports facilities staff and patrons, team members and coaches of team sports as well as those who participate in naturism, from private home naturism, discreet skinny-dipping, sun club members and visitors to European naturist beaches and resorts.
To give some views on your questions.

Are people choosing to go home before showering?
In the UK in my experience this is becoming more commonplace. The rise of 'basic gyms' without a pool or sauna where you would change and probably have reasonable showers plays a part. I think there is also more self-consciousness about hair 'down there'.

At team sports clubs, is this leading to a reduction in team spirit?
No, as there is social media and the internet being used to foster team spirit, and the nature of sports coaching has changed.

Is group nudity and naturism a thing of the past and are we entering a new era of modesty?
No, it is more likely but in a different context from the past. People are more likely to go abroad to spas because of higher income, but less likely in open environments such as beaches and UK clubs. If you fear being photographed you are less likely to be willing to be a woman sunbathing topless or anyone nude sunbathing, but in a spa abroad which is enclosed, it is no issue.

Not really, as these are still only a few people.
I've seen all my friends naked at my swimming club - no big deal.
I've seen all of my guy friends naked from playing rugby and several girl friends from parties and holidays.

Its really no big deal. I like seeing other naked bodies. It makes you realise how normal and similar most people are!

I love stripping off! Its liberating and builds confidence and self esteem. Everyone can look great naked by carrying that confidence.

Its also hilarious when joking around with friends!

Yeah. Post-shower in changing rooms, jumping into lakes or rivers. More exposure when living in a 12 man room in the army. Girls often have a thing of parading around in panties and t-shirts but generally don't strip off unless we're messing around. Poker and drinking were the only times girls who were exclusively friends have gotten their kit off, except when I lived with a couple and they were comfortable changing in front of me but there was a history there too so it was like 'well you've already seen it'

Most people are so embarrassed to see people's bodies and for people to see theirs but I've never had that. There were dudes when we played football who'd shower in their boxer shorts and wince when somebody would drop their pants to go shower after a couple of hours of running around. Wish they could have gotten over themselves.

I get it when it's somebody of the opposite sex. Instantly it kind of sexualises the relationship. Covering up makes sense if you don't want your relationship to be that. With men who are afraid of nakedness around other dudes though I don't get it.

One friend and I have seen each other in underwear, when we were in dressing rooms before and after a burlesque performance. Another very good friend and I have seen one another nakes, and done more than that - but that probably doesn't count, as we were a couple at the time.
