Congratulations! Weight watchers is definitely the best plan to follow. Its easy to stick to and actually works, as you have nicely proven  I have been going since christmas (trying to lose christmas pounds) and love it.

Well done again!

Ooh congrats!! WW is amazing! I'm not trying to lose weight as such but I count points religiously.. more as a preventative method than anything else I think, but it definitely works. I can see a diff if I'm a bit stricter for a few days
(i dont live in the uk) but the only time ive heard of weight watchers is from little britain and the amazing marjorie dawes! What kind of a programme is it exactly?

I've ended up hating WW. Seriously, so so so much weighing on full choice is ridiculous.
NoCount is a pretty good diet though, better than slimming world i find because you can have cereal.
I would try it but the thought of being so restrictive with food makes me worry i would got to extremes :frown:
Weight watchers are really good, probably the best way if you need to diet,

I follow a crazy method to lose weight, it involves eating less and exercising. Well done on losing the weight though.

Yeah I did Weight watchers when I was 15 due to my mother persuding my doctor to sign the form to let me. Anyway I lost 7 lbs in my first week and by my 16 birthday a couple of month later I was my ideal weight.

I have put it all and more back on, but I am happy right now and I am a lifetime member so should I want to go back I can and have free classes.

I lost nearly 3 stone when i followed the weight watchers diet when i was 15/16. Two years on Ive still maintained my goal weight so its possible to not only lose the weight but maintain it aswell after you have finished. Good luck to the OP in the continuation of the Weight Watchers Diet.
Urgh. I'm back on weight watchers. AGAIN.
This is like a weekly occurance of starting over, but I definately have reason to now after gaining loads.
I'm going for NoCount because I do loads of sport so I need to stock up on certain foods, like pasta, which are free on NC.
Except 3 points a day for treatds is nothing.
I'm going to go to my first meeting next week because I've heard a lot of success stories and whenever I've lost weight in the past I've put it all back on again. Well done for losing the weight OP, nice one.
squirly

This is what I do too - I find that if I be aware of what I'm eating most of the time, my weight doesn't shoot up if I have a few "bad" days!
However even if I just ate lettuce I would still get flabby within weeks if I didn't exercise - this is my essential!
Its weird because I don't feel like I'm on a diet as such with WW - I still feel full if I eat lots of the right things i.e fill up on no point vegetables and soups and things and I can still have ice-cream, pizza and chocolate! Obviously its restricted but you get used to weighing rice and pasta and cereal - I don't mind it that much now I'm used to it. It really does work
The best thing about weight watchers is those red little chewy sweets they make which have no points in them. So addictive.
