really messed up sleeping

ok normally i go to bed at like 1-3am and i get up at around 7am for college (which ive been fine with, not really tired or anything)
but recently ive been really really tired and ive been going to bed at like 10/11/12ish and waking up all throughout the night. its really pissing me off now cos when i wake up in the middle of the night im wide awake and i have to force myself back to sleep! so when i do wake up for college im excusted!

are you stressed? exam season is upon us so... I'm much the same, i don't really need more than a few hours sleep, usuall nod off around one and up around 6/7 ish... wednesday for no reason though i couldn't wind down until 2 and woke stark upright at 4... always had crappy sleep patterns though.

neways, are you stressed? if not are you in a situation that others may consider stressful? Have you been drinking lately? eating new foods such as ones heavily spiced or cheeses, caffiene infused etc? Worries?

My housemates pretty bad with sleeping, he's always at it! His current pattern is bed at around 4-5am (he says he goes to bed about 1 and can't get to sleep), and then saunters downstairs at around 5pm for breakfast! It's quite amusing but worrying, i don't know how he does it especially during the exam period!
