Well definition or by working it out for yourself too like sin(3theta) would be the shape of 3 closed loops

That's from plotting though right? I get that too...

r = sin(3theta)

So say pi/6 ---> r = sin(pi/2) = 1

So the distance from origin to that point is 1, and angle is 90 degrees. So virtually (0,1)?

Yeah that's all from plotting and I'm not sure what you're trying to ask, I'm just still a bit annoyed from what that guy posted on the other thread :mad:
