Beginning with September 2014 I want to apply for a degree in Biology. I have three main options, Sheffield Hallam, Northumbria and Manchester Metropolitan. My first option is Sheffield Hallam, and here comes my question for current or former Hallam students, or even for the ones who have an idea about this ... does Sheffield Hallam University have good research facilities ? I mean, will I have all the needed facilities to become good at this subject and actually be able to become a research scientist ?
Of course this will largely depend on me also, but does this university offer the proper learning conditions ?
How do unis decide who goes where?
