I had previously applied for a student loan for the 2012/13 period , but due to health reasons, i did not take the award or take my place on the course.

i am starting an Access course this September and need to apply for a 24+ advanced learning loan.

Can i cancel or delete the previous application online so that i can complete the process for the advanced learning loan.

    Hi Natty,

+24 Advanced Learning Loans are considered to be for Further Education courses whereas the funding you has previously applied for was for Higher Education. This means that you don't need to get the 12/13 cancelled off to be able to apply for a +24 loan.

    Thanks,
    Mark-Lee
