- How much weight did you lose with the Atkins diet?
- How long were you on it for?
- How was your experience? Comfortable? painful? In vain?
- Would you ever try it again?
I'm really interested to know how many people pull this off in the long run so thanks in advance for the input! I'm thinking of trying it out for maybe a week or so but I want to be careful not to damage myself in the process.
Also out of interested I read this very interested article on the Atkins which will probably raise a few alarms!

Honestly Atkins is one of the better diets however diets in themselves are pointless. You have to make a life style change if you want to lose weight and keep it off and not try a different diet every week, calculate your BMR (Google it and there are calculators) and eat a couple of hundred calories under it, there is no need for anything else.
