I am the same the gym instructor said no magic answer other than to exercise all over and it will get the bum area eventually- even if you exercise already be more intense for a while until it goes- they said. I did and it worked but it was hard and I have recently put the weight back on

Ok, jokes aside, bum clenching exercises are supposed to help, as well as squats.

mines small aswell, just dont like how it shakes when i walk lol

my bf doesn't mind at all and really likes it for some reason but i feel a bit insecure about it really..

Yeah, bum clenching is meant to be good - its just a case of doing them when you think of it - like if you are just sitting in a lecture or doing something on the pooter. People may think you're odd - just don't do them noticably! =P
I find rowing. But maybe that's just me.
if its surrounded by fat tighening the muscles with only have a limited effect
