I created a new bank account with the HSCB called the 'early bird student bank account' because my dad advised to. I set everything up and got a letter in the post something like two weeks later saying that to actually have the details of my bank account, i would need to provide them with my university acceptance letter or UCAS confirmation of offers letter.

I didn't get either of these. Maybe because i'm doing a Uni degree at a college I don't know but i didn't get an acceptance letter, just an email through UCAS track saying I my college would like to offer me a place, which I accepted. This is my only proof. I really don't know what to do.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

Usually banking providers accept the Notification letter sent by Student Finance England. If your banking provider has specifically asked for the university acceptance letter, it would be best if you speak to the college directly and ask them to provide you with the acceptance letter.

    Thanks.
