I started weight lifting and I am twice as strong as I was 3 months ago.
I did not use any drugs other than train 4 times a week and drank whey protein and eat egg whites.

That's pretty good progression for 3 months, well done man. Keep at it!

I put bench twice for some reason, I meant to put OHP over one of them .

When I started lifting my squat was 50kg. It took me all of five weeks to get to 100kg.

The first time I ever squatted I did 40kg, and by the end of my second session I squatted 80kg.

Doubled my strength in 4 days!!

This tread is stupid, you want to impress me?

Come back when you can bench 2 times your body weight, overhead press 1.5x , squat 3x and deadlift 3.5 times.
