How will TSR be covering/celebrating the Royal Baby arrival?

Perhaps we could have a 24/7/60/60 'reaction feed'?

Betting on the boy/girl thing? The name?

Discussing the hairstyles of the TV commentators?

Discussing the way in which Katie recovers and all the parenting mistakes she and Wills are about to make and the terrible post-maternity clothes she's wearin'?

Anything, no matter how extreme, hysterical, derivative, pumped up or commercialised will be deemed wholly appropriate.

Why would all at Buck House be disappointed at the arrival of a future Queen? We kind of have a Queen on the throne right now, and she's done a pretty good (and looong) job.

Would it be inappropriate here to say down with the monarchy?

I don't see what the big deal is. People are behaving as if it's the second coming of baby Jesus. She won't be the first and certainly won't be the last to give birth in this country.

A child is child whether its a royal one or a working class one.

I don't see what the big fuss is about. It's only going to be eating up tax payers money anyway, people complain about benefit scroungers but fail to acknowledge the amount of tax payers money the royal family consumes in a year.

Boy or girl, alien or human. Who cares? At the end of the day, anyone who's worrying about it and being a busy body about the so called "royal baby" clearly has too much time on their hands in my opinion.

In fairness, I'd be quite interested if Kate gave birth to an alien. Or a shape-shifting reptilian.

Can't wait to know what they'll name it. I kind of don't care about the gender all that much. I like that they are sticking to the traditional way of doing things.

Conspiracy theorists like David Icke are probably already pumped up to claim it's an alien. Haha I couldn't care any less if its a shapeshifter or not.

If that happens, Uri Geller will claim he knew it was going to happen all along.

Same. I am convinced Francis will be in there somewhere - Diana and Kate's fathers middle name.

I am quite excited. It's a part of history in the making and probably the last monarch I might live to see. *shrug* each to their own

Ooh Francis would make a nice name actually. I never thought of that one.

I just love the fact that we are around to see a new member of the royal family enter the world. It's nice.

Just 'Princess' as a nick-name. Her birth certificate name will be Princess 'baybee' Charmaine Chelsey Lizzie (short for Elizabeth, but it will officially be Lizzie).

To annoy avid royalists (*ahem*, Katie Hopkins, guessing she is).

I find it funny that for all your outward disdain of the event and the media circus it's you who's making all the TSR threads on the subject.

Nobody else on here is really all that arsed. You claim you're not. Yet here you are making threads about it...

When she does give birth, it will be all we hear about for weeks. Apparently she might have it at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, which wouldn't surprise me as I wouldn't blame her for wanting to have it away from the media - although the looks on their faces when/if they realise they have been camping outside the wrong hospital for 3 weeks would be priceless

Me too! It would be such a cute little ginger thing...albeit maybe slightly bald for the first yr of it's life.

Edit: I say this because I am ginger, and I was bald for a yr

Where did you get 'disdain' from? I like the Royals. I don't like the ridiculous, slavering circus of media bull**** on an epic scale that surrounds events like this.

I was genuinely disappointed there were no threads on it, as I'm interested, I'm just not going all Grazia over it.
