i did some of my maths exam in pencil

 i did one or two parts by pencil, like the end parts where algebra is used, and you have to use various different combinations of steps to acheive your answer..but the thing was i did them in pencil, and i didnt go over them in pen!

will the examiner still able to mark my work...or do they do the do the lot electronically, and therby would the pencil not come up on the screen???:frown:

They might have a problem but that doesn't mean they won't mark it, the examiner will ask for the original script if he/she can't mark it on screen, don't worry they're not idiots and there are procedures in place to prevent a lot of mishaps and stuff. They think the exam process through.
At GCSE I accidently wrote in pencil a few times. I think it was also a maths paper.

They still marked everything that I had written..

I'm a bit worried that I wrote the wrong reference number on my history paper
- short course instead of higher

They will mark it accordin to higher if I did, right? :p:

( Yeah i know this is a little off topic, but still  )
I wrote in pencil in one of my maths modules, i was panicking when i realised after the exam. But my teacher said they should mark it and they did so i wouldn't worry too much.
