Hey guys, so I'm going to BCU in September to study Film Production and Technology and I'll hopefully be staying in Curzon Gateway, Jennens Court or Opal 1 and I'm coming to realise that I have no idea what I have to take with me. I've got a list of things I think that I'll put below but if anyone has any alterations/additions please please please comment

Also, I haven't put anything on my list such as kitchen utensils and things because quite frankly, I don't know what I should take. Should I wait until I get there and discuss with flatmates what we need because I don't really want us to all turn up with stuff and have like a thousand pans and no plates or something stupid. Can any existing students help me out regarding this?

all you really need is clothes and a computer. The rest you can just pick up when you're there, it's a good excuse to explore anyway.

The stuff you have listed is pretty good, you will soon figure out if you need other stuff.

Check out this TSR article, they have an even bigger list and will pick up on little things that might be forgotton

the only thing is that if you have to travel, it might be cheaper to find ex. Argos and buy duvets and pillows, utensils etc. when you get there
