This happened in the Europe debate last year. Clegg was objectively the winner of the first but because of who was giving the message it went to Farage in polling.

It likely means that Tory and Ukip voters thought Cameron won and that Labour and Lib Dem thought Ed won. We'll see the tables later.

Yes. That's from a pool of 8% who say their vote has changed so Labour could gain 4-5% and the Tories 2-3%. Probably a reflection of Lib and Green voters being less loyal than Ukip voters.
That'd make some sense with how well UKIP are polling. It's a big if, but if Ed can keep this performance up for his next three big TV set-plays I think he might even get close to a majority.

Given that Cameron needs a 3 point lead i'd say it's likely.

What we could see is polling return to levels seen in 2011 where both were close to 40% but Labour would have had a majority with the minor parties squeezed.

The FPTP has tended to play well into Labour's hands, they managed quite a massive majority in 2005 despite only gaining 35% of the national vote.

The fact that he's using Fahrenheit rules him out immediately for me.

It says a lot about UKIP's core membership and support.

According to him the earth has cooled -8ºc since records began... I get what he's saying but the earth has actually gotten warmer not colder although it would appear that the seasons are becoming more dramatic so yeah, Climate Change FTW!!!

Double posts don't count, or at least they shouldn't, not that I care but it does take the fun out of whatever is fun in this.
