I don't watch horror movies but my boyfriend is extremely keen on horror movies and he's said that High Tension is probably the scariest horror movie he's seen. Also, Insidious, he said that one's good.

lol i think the remakers are fine so long as youve watched the orignals first, otherwise they kinda ruin their effects imo

french horror movies are intresting for their different film directions . also try irreversible and le bais moi if you're into that sort of thing
