    Hi guys,

I applied for the Graduate Consultant role in Leeds. Passed a Basic Logic Test and have been invited to the assessment centre in August. Apart from the obvious on the website don't know much about this company and how they are with their graduates.

Anyone got more information or also got to this stage?

I had an interview with them a few years back in their London office, before they changed their name to Sopra group. It was a subsidiary company bought by Sopra group.

They asked half of the people to go after one hour, after they went all the way to the interview. They did not pay for train tickets because they said it is not their policy to do so.

Avoid at all cost. Their pay is much lower than the industry average for graduate and you will be tied into their contract, which stops you from leaving. They send you anywhere in the country. Consultancy work usually translates as high pay but it is not the case for them.

Eventually I got a job that pays much better with more sensible working hours.

My advice is, try other companies/ banks before you sign anything with Sopra. Usually banks would offer the same sort of role, with better progression and more stable work.
