Well, not, it totally depends on how mature both people are
Though usually younger one want more attention than the older can give.... Unless it is a sugar daddy//mummy situation

Not at all, I often have feeling for older women. You can't help who you're attracted to and as long as no-one is in danger of being taken advantage of (either through lack of maturity or for materialistic things) then it's fine.
