Insect bite or cancerous?
Hi! A query here.
I've been out in the sun for a few hours each day and a few days ago, I have noticed that a lump has appeared at the side at the bottom of my little finger. It's a perfect little circle that is slightly raised above the surface of the skin, it's flat, the same colour as my skin (I am not burnt) and can sting a bit on it's own or when I move my little finger. I think it's harmless but I want to be sure what with the risk of cancer from the Sun etc. So what do you think it is and should I be worried?

Yes it could be a crab bite.

Well I don't know! And besides, cancer runs in my family.
No, don't worry- my mum has identified it as a wart. Silly me.
