Muscle usage. Have you never been stiff after sports before?

usually if u didnt stress you feel stiff. did you stretch? also if you didnt have much water that they, you muscle would have been rigid, the more water you have the more relaxed your muscles are. or maybe it was just because you havent used the muscles you used yesterday in a long time, and they were just sore.

but basically for next time, stretch before and after, and drink alot of water. make sure you stretch after its JUST as importnat as stretching before.

Rugby's one of the most physically demanding sports around, and it's not the kind of game to play having not prepared well. You really should've done some stretching and warming up/down before and afterwards.
