What tiem do AM and PM exams start?

I haven't had any exams yet, although I have one in two days. I haven't got a clue what times they are (really bad I know). So, it would be excellent if someone could tell me :smile:

AM examinations commence at 9.30 am (arrive at 9.15 to be safe)

PM examinations commence at 1.30 pm (arrive at 1.15 to be safe)

I think it is 9:15am and 1:30pm for afternoon sessions. I think some schools choose to start exams earlier though. I don't think they can be started after one hour of the original start time. On the exam papers, there is usually a time provided on the front.You'll need to check with your school, but be aware of any changes to the exam board timetable when two exams are scheduled within one session - they might have move one to the morning or afternoon, particularly if they are long papers.

My AM exams start at 8.50am
and PM exams at 1.30pm

This really depends on schools/colleges. I think AM exams can start between 8.30-9.30, and PM exams between 1.00-2.00

mine start 9 for am and 1 for pm but we have to be there at least 15 mins before

At my skool it starts at 9am n at 1.30pm. But the times varies on each skool.

I'm outside UK and my AM is 12.00noon :biggrin:

and PM is 6.45pm :frown:

At my school its half 9 and half 1 and we have to be there at quarter past whichever hour it is.

Morning - 11.30am
Afternoon - 4pm

AQA Exams
Morning - 1.30pm
Afternoon - 6pm

Have no idea why the times are different for the two board though :confused:

gosh you guys are lucky! thats one heck of a last minute morning cramming session! my morning exams start at 9 and my afternoons exams start at.. 1 i think!! and we have to be there fifteen minutes early. It really does depend on the school, one of my friend has morning exams at 8.30. i swear it says 9.00 on the paper though....
