Foundation diploma vs Access course for Paramedic Science?

Hey hey folks.
Got a question - Access seems to be the generally accepted way of getting into uni. But whats the consensus on foundation diplomas? Specifically, this one offered by UCK:

Ive been accepted for various Access courses across London, but ive also been accepted for this Foundation Diploma by UCK. If cost is not an issue, is the Foundation Diploma a better way to go?

Additionally, im under the impression that Access course students are not eligible for student loans. Would I be eligible for one if I was a FdDip student?
To be honest the only way of knowing is to ask the universities you want to apply to.
As the person above has said, it is best to communicate with the university you most wish to apply for to which they would prefer.

And, as an access student about to start university I have received funding from both student finance England and NHS bursary, I'm due to start studying adult nursing.

Need any more help/advice just let me know, I'm happy to help
