you know, when you first get your contact lens, your opticians teach you how to do it.

Its pretty easy, just don't be scared of touching your eye. Hold the eye open at the bottom with a finger on one hand, with the contact lens on the middle finger, or fore finger - whatever, and hold the top of the eye open with the other hand. google it if this doesn't make sense

i got these but i cant seem to get them into the eye, its to hard, my eye doesnt let me put them in, how do you do it?

I always found it tricky because I have small eyes and I tended to flinch/blink a lot which meant the lens wouldn't go in. What helped a bit was to leave out the lens for a bit and just get used to holding your eye open with one eye and touching your eyeball with the (clean) other hand. That could help you get used to it.
Another idea might be a magnifying mirror of some sort (not a girl - don't know what they're called) which could help you see what you are doing. I didn't try that one though.
Final tip is make sure you keep both eyes open: if you close one eye the other narrows, making it harder to get the lens in.

I always find the white area of my eye less sensitive to touch than the iris (coloured part) so what i tend to do is pull my bottom eyelid down and look up towards the sky, then with the contact lens confortably on my finger i place it firmly on the white of my eye making sure it isnt going to fall of by applying abit of pressure then i remove my finger and slowly move my eye to look down..then left...then right. the contact lens should after doing this comfortably fall into place over your eye. It's really something you have to practice to perfect and im sure my method won't nessasarily work for you. your eyes will water alot thats normal and it will take time, good luck

Did you not have a contact lens teach? I found it really hard to get them in at first too, but persevere it will click eventually! Well mine did anyway!

well when i went to the optictian they did teach me it and tried to put it in my eye but they couldnt, they kept trying for 30 mins but my eye kept blinking so they couldnt do it.

They shouldn't let you take them away with you unless both you and they are happy that you can put them in and take them out alright.

I really would keep trying - it took me so long to put mine in the first time - probably somewhere near an hour! I was so scared of touching my eye.

I would try some of the methods people have suggested and just find what suits you best.

My optician was a joke, I had to learn about contact lenses myself. However now I love wearing them. Focus dailies progressives are superb
