****ing hell, I'm not even going to try to respond properly to a message written like that.
possibly maybe...healthy no. the lengths you'd have to go through to do so would be rediculous imo

Don’t be such a prat it’s perfectly understandable.

Yes it is possible; most things are when you are committed.
if you starve yourself then yes, but most people give in

i'm quite sure you can, but would require vigorous excercise...i've lost around 11 pounds in 3 weeks unintentionally, but thats cos i exercise a lot every single day - not fond of the very skinny look, prefer to muscle-up myself a bit.. - and i only eat fruit & veg anyway, cos i'm a fruitarian.

if you try & do that by starving yourself, or some way without exercise it'll come back on very quickly afterwards, and would be very hard anyway... though if its just for a wedding then its fine i guess, *sigh* the cost of beauty...

& next time at least type "half" instead of "alf" if nothing else...

good luck with it anyhow!!

yes but its a stupid way to write and takes three tries to sort it out.

to the OP yes its possible with laxatives and general starving of oneself but you will be in the hospital for your "couzns weddin"

um it depends on your starting weight, if ur severely overweight u will find it easier than if ur not too overweight to begin with.

it can be done, hospitalisation is an exaggeration, but its still very unhealthy. ur likely to lose muscle etc aswell as fat in the process, feel **** most of the time etc....

Nice picture. Your half I believe?
My friend Ryan said he lost a stone in a day. He lost it through running, walking and dancing. It was probably water weight though.

do yu think 1 stone can be done in dat time?
yes, i do. but you'd have to be unhealthy about it you wouldn't lose that amount of weight on a healthy diet.
