Still processing last years application

hi, i logged in a month ago and wanted to apply for 13/14 year application, but it would just take me to a screen which says it still processing my last years application? What do i do now?

and just wanted to know would i have to send everything again like last year?

Hi there,

Did you study in the previous Academic Year and did you receive funding for this?

Our system won't allow you to apply online for 13/14AY if there is an unapproved application for 12/13 on the system as it will still be looking for that one to be fully assessed.

It would be best if you send in the paper application form for 13/14 Academic Year and check any outstanding requests for information in regards to the 12/13 application too.
