At the end of the day, whilst it is terribly tragic & I hope Hannah rests in peace, it is not Ask.fm's fault that somebody left her nasty messages. You should take everything with a pinch of salt. She must have taken all of the horrible comments seriously. I would recommend that Ask.fm include a feature to block the user, whether they are anonymous or not & I personally think that they should review all posts. I think they should add a filter, which would change bad language or foul words to include stars or other relevant characters to prevent the user from reading the entire message. If the message read "I hate you, bitch. I hope you die, you little ****," it would get removed. Whereas, if the message read "Shut up, bitch. Lol x" (as in a playful manner) it would read as "B*tch" or be completely phased out. I think more safety features should be added, where foul language or abuse is blocked unless the user is over 18. All websites could be blamed for cyberbullying, as it's the people who use it that cause it.
