You will never get a bikini body that way, you'll just mess up your entire body and your body will cling on to every morsel of food if you abuse it in that way.
Do not listen to the voice in your head that says it doesnt matter, because it does.
Once you start its a very very hard cycle to break.
You'll have digusting teeth, skin, hair, complexion, and you'll be paranoid of food for the rest of your life.
Honestly whats wrong with a crumpet and cereal, it's hardly excessive! Its not junk and it'll fill you up nicely till lunch.
If you really want a bikini body try and get some exercise DVD's, they really do work i tried one this morning and my muscles were aching during the warm up!
Stop seeing food as evil and start enjoying it.
