You could be grade 1 for all anyone cares!! No auditions, any standard! One of our 3rd year music students learnt violin for one of the modules called Teaching Techniques and he played, he could hardly play anything but it was a laugh!
You just need to join the Music Society, which costs £10 for the year, and we usually rehearse on a Friday night.
