Student Finance Breakdown is wrong

Hi,

I've just logged in to my account to double check everything, under the summary of breakdown it lists the amount requested for both the maintenance and tuition fee loan as zero, when I opted for the full amount. Could you please advise me how to best proceed?

Hi there,

Have you checked the amount you are entitled to on the Notification letter you were sent? You can ensure that you have requested the maximum of each loan by submitting an online Loan Request for the maximum and our system will update this data and apply the correct amount of both loan again.
