im so stuck with my coursework question, any help would be reallyyyyy good?

In one definition of tragedy, the main character must be a man whom the audience admire, but who makes a mistake through an error of judgement. At the end we feel pity but feel that in some sense justice has been done. To what extent are all of these things true of Othello?

Reemeber to refer to act five scene ii 127-357 .
Refer to one other scene either
act 3 scene iii line 90-281
OR act 3 scene iii line 33-end of scene
OR act 4 scene 1 (whole scene)... See More

and then i need to write about like what critics think and all that, so so stuckk.. eeek, help please please please?! :eek3:

This is very helpful (thank youuuu)! But I still need some help with Act 5 Scene 2 (lines 1-22 especially) of othello. I have an oral commentary to do and I have never done one before. Can someone please say more about the theme, imagery, mood and use of language in that scene?

Thank you!

Hi
I am studying Othello and The Wife of Bath for my A level Coursework and have chosen to do any essay on the constraints faced by female characters and how they overcome them. However, I need some critical analysis to include and we have been advised to include references from another text that could help us. Does any one know of any good critics for these two texts or another text that has constrained female characters which i could use?
Thanks
