Help with proof of income

Hi everyone, my partner is starting her NHS nursing degree in September and I still need to provide my proof of income/earnings for her to receive her bursary. In that last financial year (April 2012 - March 2013) I had upto 4 different jobs, as I have been unable to get all P45's from these companies (some of them no longer exist) Is it possible for me to get a form from HMRC that shows what my taxable income for the year has been ? My P60 for the year only shows my earnings from my last job (approx. 3 months earnings) as does my March Payslip, I could get a letter from my current employer indicating my current pay but this does not reflect last years earnings. I am not 100% what I need so any help anyone is able to give me will be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards.
