Okay so i bought some underwear the other day, well not underwear like sort of underwear/nightwear

They didn't fit and didn't look right either so i went to take them back, only to find out i couldnt because of hygiene reasons. Although i only actually tried the top on.

Is this okay of them to say that?

Obviously i know it is okay, i mean, because they didn't advertise, or tell me on buying that that was the case, should i be entitled to a refund?

    Thank you..

No stores are entitled to refuse a refund unless the item is faulty. So they are within their rights to refuse a refund because they dont fit.
