    Hello,
    Let explain my situation.
I’m a EEA family member and I’m going to start my first year (undergrade) this summer. So I applied for the student finance but for the moment my application status is: awaiting further information. Student finance asks me to complete a PFF2 form by my father. The problem is I can’t complete it because my mother and her partner don’t live together anymore. We tried to contact him but he didn’t answer. Now I’m stuck and I don’t know what to do, my mother is not European, her partner is.
I called SF and explain them. They ask me to write a letter and said that my mother’s partner can’t sponsors me anymore.
-I want to know if in my case I can still get the Tuition Fee Loan even though my mother is not an EEA migrant worker.
-If I write the letter and I write in that my mother sister (my aunty) is European and my grandparent British citizens, is it a positive point for my application?
