I'm currently a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student at BITS-Pilani Dubai with an average Cgpa of 3.0 out of 4. After my graduation that is next year, I have planned to pursue M.Sc in petroleum engineering in UK. Few colleges which are in my preference list are Imperial, Heriott-Watt and Aberdeen.
As job opportunities in UK aren't quite good in past few years, Is it still worth to Study in UK? Should I consider US also as my option as it has some great colleges like Texas A&M , Colorado School of mines and Stanford for M.sc in Petroleum Engineering. Which country would be better option to study both education and Job-wise ? Lastly, Is it easy to make it through Universities for petroleum in US or UK ?
    Please guide me on this!
