Results day and university Watch

    • Thread Starter

I have received an email from my insurance university today, giving information about the next steps of joining them. I am already in a state of shock as I really wanted to get into my firm. Please tell me that I am freaking out without a reason. People are telling me that its normal to receive such email, but why would a university send me an email one day before the results ? This could mean that I have not made into my firm as universities already know what results I have got i.e. my insurance already knows whether I am in or not? Sorry that I have been asking this but I really dont want to stress out, cry without a reason at least today.

I would say to just stay calm for now, it's hours away now until you will know for sure so there is no point in stressing out until you know for sure. It is likely this is just a generic email they send to everyone as I have seen a few people posting about receiving these sorts of emails and letters over the past week. The universities should really be more considerate about how they're making us feel before sending out such things!

Hope it is the right result for you!

This happened to my friend last year. And she ended up getting into her insurance.
