Hi, I'm currently working towards my DipABRSM (Piano Peformance) and I was wondering how this programm looks.
    Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated!

Bach - Prelude and Fugue in F minor BWV 857 (Well Tempered Clavier book 1)
    Mozart - Sonata no. 9 in D major K311
    Scriabin - Preludes Op.11 number 4 and 5

    Thanks

    Nothing inherently wrong with that.

Yeah, that looks good to me. Obviously the most important thing to consider is whether you enjoy playing the pieces, but you've also got a good range of periods and styles there, so should make for a varied program. Another thing you might want to think about is the viva voce and program notes: When I was putting together pieces for my dip last year I didn't think about this at all, and almost wish I had; researching composers, styles, structures etc etc is a really big part of the preparation. There was very little information available for one of my pieces and I struggled working out what to write about, but then for another there were stacks of info and often complicated and conflicting ideas, so I struggled knowing what to include. It all worked out okay in the end, but I'd recommend having a quick google just to make sure that this element won't be problematic for you later down the line.

    Good luck!
