Need some advice about Fashion Photography courses

Hi guys!
i'm an italian girl who wants to apply for fashion photography courses at UAL but i just want to ask you some advice like how r the courses there and if you can show me some examples of photos you've sent to UAL for the application
(even if I don't know if you can reply to my last question but i really feel unsure about my portfolio! at least can u give me some advice about how a portfolio should be?)
