I'm assuming you are looking at them as a clearing option rather than trying to second guess the outcomes if you already hold them as firm/insurance. If you meet the requirements they are asking for then you stand as good a chance as anyone. The fact they have dropped their requirements would suggest they don't think they will be able to fill all of their spaces with applicants who offer grades above BBB. All you can do is phone them up on the day and see what they say.

Ty, also, will having those grades from a gap year affect me? So BBB = not good enough because of my extra year

It's the same answer really. The only way to find out is to ring them and speak to them and if you are interested in Warwick then I think it's perfectly reasonable that you should consider them. You meet the requirements they've asked for, so why not? Obviously when it comes to it make sure you sell yourself and extol the virtues of a gap year in terms of what you've got out of it. Gap years can be an issue for physical sciences because of the impact on maths so reassure them that you're still sharp and hopefully you'll have been doing some things this year that you can talk about e.g. work experience or reading to keep your eye in.
