Could I still potentially get A* at full A level?

You need to get 80% overall, which is 320/400 UMS

AND

You need 90% in the A2 modules, which is 180/200, so yes you could, although it would be difficult.

Thanks for the response this is all very confusing!

Do you know what kind of percentage I would have to get at A2 in order to get A*?

Also, do you know if it's possible to retake an AS module in January? (in my case it would be speaking).

You already have 153. You need 320, so you need at least 167. But to get the A* you need 180/200 anyway, at AS, so you just need 180/200 for the A*.

I think the ASs in January are being scrapped, although I'm not sure. To get an A overall, you just need 167, so you might be alright if you don't repeat, especially if you're good enough to get an A*.

I'm sorry if this isn't being explained well, I've been up for hours and I'm really tired. I can explain better if this is confusing.

Oh, was the AS out of 200? I'm looking to get A* overall and can potentially retake as I did the AS a year early (year 11). I have checked the AQA website and apparently the AS speaking is only 15% of the entire A level, so perhaps that mark doesn't matter too much. Would I just need 167 next year for an A*? Sorry for all the questions!

Yes, the AS is out of 200 from what I can gather from the website.

You need 167 to get an A, but to get an A* you need 180. That;s because the requirement for a A* is to have 80% overall (ie, get an A overall), but also perform exceptionally well at A2 (ie, get 90%).

Your 80% is 320/400, but you still need to meet the 180/200 mark for A2 for the A*.

I hope that cleared it up!
