I'm currently in exactly the same boat my friend, your best options are to contact your college/sixth form and ask whether it would be possible to resit the year or aim to do better in your A2s remember your grades do not reflect you as a person and you can always improve them just keep your chin up and try to do better

Don't worry you have a couple of options, you can carry on to A2 and retake AS at the same time or retake your AS year. If you really don't understand why you didn't do better then you can request copies of your papers and go over them with your teachers to see what you've done wrong, hopefully this will help you to not make similar mistakes in future papers.
