Hi, I've just been and got my results and I have a total of 360 UCAS points. My offer states I need 300 and I've definitely met that. However, my UCAS Track has not changed at all.

I did also need to achieve a C in my Maths GCSE which I have done and I have sent proof to both the firm and insurance Universities letting them know and they have both said it's fine.

What do I do now? Obviously it's engaged every time I call. Thanks.

Thanks. Do I have a place though? I'm just a little worried still. I don't see why it hasn't updated.

From what you've said you've met all your offer conditions and your universities have already told you it's fine, so you have nothing to worry about, really.

There may be a delay if the universities did not send the decisions through early enough. If you've met the conditions don't worry, you're in.

I've been on hold for over two hours now. Track still hasn't updated. Is it worth me hanging up and trying later/tomorrow? I just don't want to leave it for too long as I'm not sure when accommodation places are issued and I've applied with a friend and hoped to be staying in the same place as him.

Finally got through to them, they said that my Maths GCSE is slowing down my application/processing of the offer or something. I don't see how it would though, I sent them the proof a few weeks back. They said to keep an eye on track, any idea when it is likely to update again?

Sorry to keep posting. I've just rang my insurance choice and they said they have no had any evidence of my Maths GCSE even though I've emailed them several times with proof and have called them twice and they confirmed my proof was acceptable.

Now I've rang today they say they have no evidence. I really have no idea what to do. I don't plan on going to to my insurance but if they haven't made their decision that could be what's holding up the Track?
